Literally just started looking at new computers today. What is an AM3+? Which of the ones I listed is that? Sorry, I'm very new at this. I'll probably go with the 1050.īoth of those motherboards are bad, you shouldn't be buying AM3+ platform today unless you get a great deal used, those CPUs are four and a half years old now and it shows. For that level of GPU performance having 2 vs 4GB doesn't make a huge difference. The 1050 is slightly faster, but the 560 offers Freesync support if you'd ever be interested in a monitor with that. It's out of my hands, as there are only liquid cooled options available in the selection. For that sort of build price range you probably shouldn't be going water cooler at all. Think you could weigh in on the selection? Would you mind taking a look at two other posts of mine? I have a few desktops listed (including the custom one I am asking about parts for here) as possibilities.
